Trail Pass Notice - May 2010 To our valued clients: At Swanson's Streamway Dog Park and Daycare, we continually strive to make our facility and park grounds enjoyable and safe to all our clients and guests. In order to achieve this, we will be making a few changes to the way in which the dog park can be accessed by everyone. As of June 1, 2010, all current keys to the dog park will be deactivated. New individually numbered trail passes will be available to purchase, and will work in the following way: The monthly cost of a trail pass will be $20.00. The new individually numbered keys will be activated at the time of purchase, and your credit card number will be kept on file. The pass will be automatically renewed and $20.00 charged to the credit card on file at the 1st of each month until you decide to end your trail pass membership. To end a membership, simply return the key and the your credit card number will be deleted from our records. In the event that a key is lost or you wish to simply cancel by phone without returning your key, a key replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. Anyone who wishes to use the park, whether on a day to day basis ($1.00 fee will apply-payable at front desk), or with a pass, will need to come in and fill out an application, sign a release, and provide proof of vaccinations. Yearly rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations are required along with a 6 month bordetella vaccination. All dogs 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
